CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of participation, the participant should send an email to genubih.congress@gmail.com with all the necessary information for the refund.

For international and domestic payments:

• Cancellations received before or on 15 Jun2023 will be fully refunded
• Cancellations received after 15 Jun 2023 but before or on 1 July 2023 will be refunded 70% of the registration fee
• Cancellations received after 1 July 2023 but before or on 15 August 2023 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after 1 August 2023 or registered participants who fail to attend
